With a background in acting and a passion for education, I approach instructional design as both a craft and a performance. Each course is a script waiting to be shaped. Each learner is an audience member with their own story and needs. I’ve learned that great design is not just about clean layouts or clever interactions. It is about empathy, clarity, and connection.

Whether I am leading a university-wide LMS transition, mentoring new designers, or refining a course for accessibility, I am always looking for the human thread. When we honor the learner's experience, we do more than deliver content. We create something that resonates, that sticks, and that transforms.
